Information you can understand. Sources you can check.
Who publishes these guides
Velri is the publisher. We use AI to assist with research, drafting and editorial checks. An AI check is not a medical review. We do not label an article as medically reviewed unless a qualified reviewer has actually reviewed it and that review is documented.
What the articles are for
Our guides explain health topics, research findings, risks and uncertainty. They do not assess your symptoms, diagnose a condition or tell you which treatment or dose to use. Medical decisions belong to an independent licensed provider who can review your circumstances.
How we use sources
We prioritize government health resources, medical guidelines and published research. References link to the original source where available. We distinguish laboratory and animal findings from human evidence, and a change in a lab measurement from a demonstrated health outcome.
For new and revised articles, our editorial process checks source identity and whether the source supports the statement being made. A citation is not an endorsement of Velri or its products. When evidence is limited or conflicting, the article should say so.
Updates and corrections
The original publication date stays visible. An updated date records a substantive revision, not a routine site deployment. Research and guidance can change; an article cannot account for every new finding or individual situation.
