Who does what, and how you can check.

Velri is a non-clinical technology and coordination company. Everything clinical, everything pharmaceutical, and every lab result comes from an independent, licensed party you can look up yourself. This page names the standard each one meets and the public registry where you can verify it.

Velri

Coordinates

Membership, routing, refill and follow-up coordination, one bill. Velri is a non-clinical technology and coordination company. It does not practice medicine or pharmacy.

Independent Provider Groups

Prescribe

Physician-led groups licensed in the state where you live make every clinical decision. A prescription is required and is never guaranteed.

Licensed pharmacies

Dispense

Independent, licensed U.S. pharmacies fill what a provider orders, if anything, and ship it to you.

Independent laboratories

Draw and result

Certified laboratories draw your blood at their own sites and report the results. A panel is not a diagnosis.

How to check a clinician

Who dispenses

What every dispensing pharmacy must have.

Licensed where your order ships
A pharmacy license in its home state and, when it ships across state lines, a non-resident pharmacy permit in the state your order is delivered to.
Compounding under federal law
Compounded medications are prepared either by a licensed pharmacy for one patient on a prescription under section 503A, or by an FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facility. Compounded medications are not reviewed or approved by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality and are not interchangeable with an FDA-approved brand-name drug.
USP standards
Non-sterile preparations to USP chapter 795, sterile preparations to USP chapter 797, and hazardous drugs handled to USP chapter 800, where each applies.
Accreditation is the pharmacy's own claim
Where a pharmacy holds an accreditation, that is the pharmacy's statement about itself, and it can be checked on the accreditor's public directory. Velri does not restate it.
Named on your order
The dispensing pharmacy is named on your order and on the label. You may opt out of using a given pharmacy at any time from your account.

How to check a pharmacy

Who draws and results

Independent, CLIA-certified laboratories.

Lab panels are drawn by the laboratory at its own draw sites and resulted by a laboratory certified under the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments, the federal certificate every U.S. laboratory must hold to report results for patient care. The laboratory's name appears on your requisition and on your results.

A panel is not a diagnosis and is not medical advice. Interpretation, and any decision about care, comes from an independent provider in a consultation, booked and paid separately. Labs are a membership feature a provider may order. They are not a gate.

Your data

Velri's systems run and store your data in the United States. What is collected, how it is used, and your rights are in the Notice of Privacy Practices.

What Velri will not do
  • Guarantee a prescription, or suggest that joining leads to one.
  • Publish outcome promises, before-and-after imagery, or a number we cannot stand behind.
  • Sell a medication to you directly. Only a licensed pharmacy dispenses, and only on a prescription.
  • Employ the clinicians, practice medicine, or present a pharmacy's accreditation as our own.
  • Bill Medicare, Medicaid, or commercial insurance. Velri is cash-pay.
  • Add a markup to medication. Membership and one flat fee per order are what Velri earns on it.
