Terms of Service
Last updated: July 29, 2026
These terms govern your use of the website and membership offered by Velri Management LLC ("Velri"). By using the service you agree to these terms.
Who Velri is
Velri is a non-clinical technology and administrative services company. Velri does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or pharmacy services. All medical consultations and prescriptions are provided directly by independent provider groups (Online Medical Care, P.C.; TMD of Kansas, P.A.; TMD of Texas, P.A.; and TMD of CA, PC), and all prescription products are dispensed by independent, licensed pharmacies. A prescription is issued only if a provider determines it is clinically appropriate in their independent medical judgment, and a consultation does not guarantee a prescription.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and located in a state where the service is available. Availability of specific medications varies by state and pharmacy licensure.
Membership, billing, and auto-renewal
- Your membership is billed by Velri and renews automatically each month until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time through your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Medication, if prescribed, is a separate charge from membership and is never bundled into the membership fee. Velri collects payment for medication and remits it to the dispensing pharmacy at the pharmacy's cost, adding no markup. Velri appears as the merchant on your card statement for every charge it collects. Membership does not include or guarantee medication.
- Velri is cash-pay and does not bill Medicare, Medicaid, or commercial insurance. Fees are non-refundable except as described below or as required by law.
Refunds and order problems
- Founding members are not billed until care access opens; cancel before then and you pay nothing.
- If a paid consultation is not delivered as described (provider error), the consultation fee is refunded.
- If a medication order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or is not delivered, contact care@velri.co and we will coordinate a replacement or a refund of that order with the dispensing pharmacy. Because prescription medications cannot be restocked once dispensed, they cannot otherwise be returned.
- Membership fees for a period already started are not refunded; cancellation stops future billing.
Medications
Some medications are compounded. Compounded medications are not reviewed or approved by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality, and are not equivalent to or interchangeable with any FDA-approved brand-name drug.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, provide false information, or use the service for anyone other than yourself without authorization.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website and membership are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Velri disclaims warranties not expressly stated and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Nothing here limits the responsibilities of the provider groups or pharmacies for the care and products they provide.
Dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS in Benton County, Washington, before a single arbitrator, applying Washington law. Punitive damages are not available, the prevailing party may recover reasonable fees and costs, and both parties waive a jury trial. This does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive relief where available.
Not for emergencies
Velri and telehealth are not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the new effective date here. For questions, contact care@velri.co. Velri Management LLC is located at 732 S 6th St Ste N, Las Vegas, NV 89101, USA.
