Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the website and services offered by Velri Management LLC ("Velri"). By using the service you agree to these terms.

Velri is a non-clinical technology and administrative services company. Velri does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or pharmacy services. All medical consultations and prescriptions are provided directly by independent provider groups (Online Medical Care, P.C.; TMD of Kansas, P.A.; TMD of Texas, P.A.; and TMD of CA, PC), and all prescription products are dispensed by independent, licensed pharmacies. A prescription is issued only if a provider determines it is clinically appropriate in their independent medical judgment, and a consultation does not guarantee a prescription.

You must be 18 or older and located in a jurisdiction Velri serves. That is currently 47 states and the District of Columbia. Alaska, Mississippi, and New Jersey are not served. Availability of specific medications also varies by state and pharmacy licensure. Online Medical Care, P.C. is named in our platform agreement for New York (and would cover New Jersey if we served it); New Jersey is not currently served.

Keep the information you provide accurate, complete and up to date, including your location when receiving care. Keep your sign-in details private and do not share your account or impersonate another person. Contact support@velri.co if you suspect unauthorized access. Use your patient portal for medical history, symptoms and care-related messages.

Our Privacy Policy, Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy and Notice of Privacy Practices explain how information is handled. Accepting these terms does not replace a required clinical consent or a separate consent for collecting or sharing consumer health data.

  • Review your selected product, price, billing interval, first-charge timing and any care or shipping charges at checkout before authorizing payment. Recurring purchases renew according to the terms you accept until you cancel. See treatments and pricing. Standalone memberships are no longer offered for new purchases.
  • Existing subscriptions, including monthly, annual and founding-rate memberships, remain governed by the prices, discounts, renewal schedules, care access, cancellation and refund terms you accepted. This website update does not cancel or migrate an existing subscription or change its terms. Use your patient portal for existing care and billing.
  • You can cancel a subscription through your patient portal. Cancellation may take effect immediately. Review your subscription terms and the cancellation notice before confirming. Contact support@velri.co if the effective date or effect on access is unclear, or if you cannot access your account. This notice does not change the cancellation or refund rights under your existing subscription terms or applicable law.
  • Independent Provider Groups provide consultations and make every prescribing decision. Licensed pharmacies dispense medication if prescribed. A purchase does not guarantee a prescription. Review your selected product's terms for what is included. Lab panels and supplement packs have their own prices. Velri appears as the merchant on your card statement for charges it collects.
  • Velri is cash-pay and does not bill Medicare, Medicaid, or commercial insurance. Review your selected product and checkout terms for applicable charges, cancellation and refunds. Your rights under applicable law are not limited by these terms.
  • Review the first charge and any renewal schedule for the product you select before paying. Existing members retain the terms of their current subscription unless they separately agree to a change.
  • If a provider decides not to prescribe the medication you ordered, the charge for that order is refunded except for a $30 provider visit fee, which covers the provider's review of your health information. The refund goes back to your original payment method.
  • If a consultation fee is charged in error, it is refunded. Contact support if a consultation included with your purchase or existing membership is not delivered.
  • If a medication order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or is not delivered, contact support@velri.co and we will coordinate a replacement or a refund of that order with the dispensing pharmacy. Because prescription medications cannot be restocked once dispensed, they cannot otherwise be returned.
  • Existing membership cancellation and refund terms continue to apply.

Some medications are compounded. Compounded medications are not reviewed or approved by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality, and are not equivalent to or interchangeable with any FDA-approved brand-name drug.

Supplement packs are dietary supplements, not prescription medications. Statements about dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Review the ingredients, allergens and instructions on the product you receive. Ask a licensed provider about use with medications, during pregnancy or nursing, or with an existing health condition.

Lab panels have their own prices and collection instructions. Follow the instructions for the panel you order and complete any required provider review. Laboratory results need interpretation in the context of your health and medical history. Velri does not interpret results or make treatment decisions. Do not start, stop or change treatment based only on a result without consulting a licensed provider.

Product images are illustrative. Packaging and labels may differ by dispensing pharmacy and may show Velri or pharmacy branding. Follow the instructions on the product you receive and contact support if the label or contents differ from your prescription. Keep your delivery address current, retrieve shipments promptly and follow the storage instructions. Delivery dates are estimates. The order-problem and refund provisions above continue to apply.

Website information is educational and is not personal medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. It does not replace a consultation with a licensed provider. Velri and its licensors retain their rights in the website's content, design, trademarks and software. You may access the website for your lawful personal use. Other use of protected content requires permission unless applicable law allows it.

  • Do not provide false information, impersonate others or access another person's account without authorization.
  • Do not bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, disrupt the service or attempt to collect another person's private information.
  • Do not copy or scrape protected content for unauthorized commercial reuse or use automated tools in a way that interferes with the service. These restrictions do not prohibit ordinary search-engine indexing of public pages, permitted accessibility tools, access to your own records or uses protected by law.

Independent provider groups, pharmacies and laboratories are responsible for the professional services they provide. Their services may have separate terms and privacy notices. Links to external websites do not make Velri responsible for operating those websites or imply endorsement of every statement on them. This distinction does not exclude responsibility for Velri's own conduct or limit obligations that cannot be excluded by law.

The website and services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, Velri disclaims warranties not expressly stated and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. These limitations do not exclude liability or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude, or limit the responsibilities of the provider groups or pharmacies for the care and products they provide.

For use governed by this version of the terms, Nevada law applies, except where applicable federal law or mandatory protections of your jurisdiction require otherwise. Clinical services remain subject to the laws applicable to the provider and the place where you receive care. You may contact support@velri.co about a dispute; doing so is not a condition of exercising a legal right or seeking relief in a court with jurisdiction.

This version does not create a mandatory arbitration agreement or class-action waiver. It does not retroactively replace a separately accepted agreement or determine the enforceability of any prior provision. Existing agreements remain subject to their terms and applicable law. Nothing here limits a nonwaivable consumer right.

Velri and telehealth are not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911.

This version is effective September 29, 2026. We may update these terms and will post the new effective date. Where a material change requires notice or agreement, we will provide that notice or obtain that agreement before applying the change. Publishing an update does not by itself change the accepted billing, renewal, cancellation or refund terms of an existing subscription. Account and service notices may be sent using the contact information you provide; marketing preferences remain separate.
