Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 19, 2026
This privacy policy explains how Velri Management LLC ("Velri") collects, uses and shares information through its website and coordination services. Velri is a non-clinical company. Independent providers, pharmacies and laboratories provide the clinical services.
Our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explains health-data collection and sharing, withdrawal of consent, deletion, corrections, and how to appeal a privacy decision. The Notice of Privacy Practices addresses protected health information and clinical privacy responsibilities. Velri acts as a subcontractor business associate when supporting covered clinical services. Account, contact or order information may also receive health-data protection depending on the context; it is not excluded merely because it is administrative information.
Information we collect
- Contact and account information you provide, such as your email address, name, state of residence and account preferences.
- Product or service requests, order and subscription information, and billing information processed by our payment processor.
- Messages and information you choose to include in support or coordination requests, including any health interests you share. Use the patient portal for clinical information rather than general email.
- If you call Velri support, your phone number and the call, which our service providers may record or transcribe. If you ask for information by text on a call, the number we text and the texts we send.
- Technical information needed to deliver and secure the service, such as IP addresses, browser information, and operational server logs.
- Anonymous page counts. Our own server adds one to a daily total when a page loads, a get-started or checkout link is clicked, or an email signup completes. Totals are grouped only by page address (never search terms or form entries), the treatment a clicked link points to, a general traffic source such as search or email, and a screen-size group. We do not store your IP address, browser details, cookies or any identifier with these counts, so they cannot be linked to you. The only thing kept in your browser is that traffic-source group for the current tab, and your browser deletes it when you close the tab. We skip them when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, and no third party receives them.
Sources include you, your device and the providers, pharmacies, laboratories and operational service providers involved in the services you request. Clinical history, measurements and identity documents requested during clinical intake are collected through the clinical service. We do not require those details for general email signup.
How we use information
- To operate your account and subscriptions, coordinate requested services, and provide support.
- To process payments and prevent fraud.
- To communicate with you about your account and, with your consent, about the service.
- To maintain and secure the service, resolve order or account issues, maintain required records and comply with legal obligations.
- To see, in anonymous totals, which pages and checkout links people use, so we can improve the site.
How we share information
We share relevant information with independent provider groups, pharmacies and laboratories as needed to coordinate the services you request; with payment processors for billing and fraud prevention; and with hosting, communications, customer-support and security service providers that support our operations under applicable confidentiality and data-protection obligations. Payment processing does not require your complete medical history. We also share information when required or authorized by law. Clinical services and payment processors provide their own applicable privacy notices.
No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Service providers that deliver our calls and texts process them only to provide that service. See the SMS Terms.
We do not sell your personal or health information. We do not load advertising pixels or third-party tracking scripts in your browser, and we do not build advertising audiences from your health interests. Our anonymous page counts stay with Velri and cannot identify you. The separate optional creator-reporting choice below sends limited, pseudonymous reporting information through Velri’s server only after you choose it. Hosting and other operational service providers still process technical information needed to deliver and secure the service. Our goal guides are available without an account. General email signup does not require clinical answers or a health goal; clinical history and measurements belong in clinical intake.
Your choices
Manage creator link privacy. Removing the browser cookie stops future checkout handoffs; use the privacy request process for records already created.
Separately, you may allow optional creator reporting on that privacy-choice page. This creates a random reporting code in a secure first-party cookie for seven days. After your separate collection and sharing choices, Velri sends that code, a random event/session reference and the time of your consented creator-page visit to Trybe, our creator-program provider. Your browser connects only to Velri. We do not forward your IP address, browser or device details, visited URLs, search terms, referrers, name, email or medical information. Reporting codes are pseudonymous, not a guarantee of anonymity. This opt-in does not authorize reporting individual purchases, health information or clinical activity. Global Privacy Control prevents this optional reporting, and you can remove the reporting cookie on the same privacy-choice page. This choice is separate from remembering a creator campaign and is not required for care or pricing.
Where a creator link offers separate purchase-reporting choices, you may additionally allow Velri to connect eligible purchases to that reporting code and share the random code, random transaction reference, eligible purchase amount, currency and payment time with Trybe for creator commissions. No products, medications, diagnoses, intake answers, name, email, IP address or clinical page information are included. Velri performs patient matching, eligibility and risk review privately. Your code may be carried to our clinical checkout service in a signed reporting token so Velri can match a purchase internally. General reporting consent and consent to remember a creator do not authorize this purchase reporting; it requires the separate collection and sharing choices shown on the creator link. Removing the reporting choice stops future handoffs from this browser; it does not erase already-created records or accrued creator earnings.
- Velri uses necessary sign-in and security technologies. Our anonymous page counts use no cookies. If you arrive through a creator link, you can separately choose to remember that creator for seven days using a first-party cookie. It contains the creator campaign code and the time of your choice, without assigning a patient or visitor ID. Velri and its clinical checkout service use it for internal attribution of eligible purchases. Remembering a creator alone does not authorize Trybe reporting. The separately consented reporting options are described above. We do not send creators patient records, or share identity or medical details with either party. Global Privacy Control prevents this optional attribution. You can remove the remembered link at any time through the creator privacy controls. Browser controls can also limit cookies, although doing so may affect sign-in or other necessary functions.
- Use the unsubscribe instructions in marketing emails to stop those messages. Account and service notices may still be sent. Marketing consent does not itself authorize collection or sharing of consumer health data.
- You may opt out of using a given provider group or pharmacy at any time. Contact Velri support for help with your request.
- Manage or cancel a subscription in your patient portal. See the cancellation terms before confirming. Contact support@velri.co if you cannot access your account.
- Contact us to request access, a copy, correction or deletion of your information, or to withdraw an applicable consent. We handle requests according to the rights and exceptions that apply to the information and your jurisdiction.
Send privacy requests to support@velri.co with the subject “Privacy request” and the email associated with your account. Do not include medical records, passwords or identity documents in the initial message. We verify identity as reasonably necessary before disclosing or changing information. An authorized representative may submit a request where permitted by law; we may need to verify that authority. Requests about clinical records are directed to the responsible provider. We do not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
The Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy provides the process and response periods for covered health-data requests, including appeals. If we decline another privacy request, contact us through the same method to request review or appeal where applicable. We will explain a refusal and any applicable appeal process.
Security and retention
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep your sign-in details private and contact support if you suspect unauthorized account access. Information is handled within the United States.
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law. Relevant factors include the type and sensitivity of the information, the services you requested, recordkeeping duties and the need to resolve disputes or maintain security. Clinical providers have separate medical-record obligations. A deletion request may be subject to lawful retention exceptions; it does not automatically require a provider to delete records the provider must retain.
Other websites and services
External websites and services may have different privacy practices. Review their notices when you use them. A link does not change Velri's responsibilities for information it handles.
Children
The service is intended for adults 18 and older and is not directed to children.
Changes and contact
This version is effective October 19, 2026. We may update this policy and will post the new effective date. Material changes will be communicated through a conspicuous service notice or direct notification where required. Where a change requires consent, we will obtain it before applying the change. For questions or privacy requests, contact support@velri.co, or write to the Privacy Officer, Velri Management LLC, at 732 S 6th St Ste N, Las Vegas, NV 89101, USA.
