Providers
The Provider Groups.
Independent, physician-led Provider Groups licensed in the state where you live make every clinical decision. Velri is a non-clinical technology and coordination company. Consultations are provided directly by these groups.
Velri doesn't employ the providers. A prescription is required and is never guaranteed.

How do I check a provider's license?
Your state medical board is the authority. A directory listing or NPI alone doesn't prove a current license.

How do I check my pharmacy?
The pharmacy's name is on your order and the label. Look it up with your state board of pharmacy.

A panel is not a diagnosis. Ask your provider about results review. A panel bought on its own does not include that review.
