Consumer Health Data Privacy
Last updated: October 19, 2026
This policy explains how Velri Management LLC handles consumer health data in connection with its website and coordination services. It supplements our Privacy Policy and is updated October 19, 2026. Optional creator choices apply prospectively when you choose them.
Who this policy covers
Consumer health data includes personal information that identifies or can be linked to your health, including an interest in a health service. This policy describes our handling of that information and the rights available under Nevada law to Nevada residents and people whose consumer health data is collected in Nevada. Velri is a non-clinical technology and coordination company. Independent providers and pharmacies provide medical care and dispensing services. Their medical records and privacy obligations are addressed in the Notice of Privacy Practices and the notices presented in their services. We do not assume that all website information is exempt from consumer health privacy law merely because clinical services are involved.
Information and sources
- Health interests and service requests: goals or treatment, lab and supplement interests that you choose to share, and the products or services you request.
- Account and coordination information: contact details, service eligibility information, membership and order status, support messages, and provider or pharmacy preferences, when linked to your health interests or services.
- Health information you include in a support request or provide for care coordination. Please use your clinical portal for medical history, symptoms, prescriptions and test results rather than general email.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, requested pages and security logs, to the extent these can be linked to a person and used to identify health information.
Sources are you and your device when you use our services, and the independent providers, pharmacies, laboratories and service providers involved in your requested services. Clinical questionnaires are collected through the clinical service. General email signup does not require clinical answers or a health goal.
How we use and process information
We use the information relevant to your request to arrange access to services, coordinate your membership and orders, provide support, respect your provider and pharmacy choices, maintain consent and privacy-request records, and protect the service against fraud and security incidents. Processing includes receiving, storing, organizing, retrieving, using and transmitting information for these purposes, with access limited to the people and service providers who need it. We do not use consumer health data for targeted advertising or sell it.
Sharing and recipients
When needed for the service you request, we share relevant contact and account information, service requests, order or membership status, care-coordination information and your provider or pharmacy preferences with the independent clinical provider groups, licensed pharmacies and laboratories involved in that service. Technology, hosting, communications, customer-support and payment service providers process the information needed to operate and support the service on our behalf. Payment processing does not require your complete medical history. Information may also be disclosed to government authorities or other recipients when required or authorized by law.
We do not share consumer health data with affiliates for their independent marketing. You can request the list of third parties with whom we have shared your consumer health data using the process below. This policy describes recipient categories; your care service identifies the providers and pharmacies involved in your care.
Collection and sharing choices
We collect and share consumer health data only with the applicable consent, to the extent necessary for a product or service you request, or as otherwise permitted by law. Where consent is required, we request it before the relevant collection or sharing. Consent to sharing is separate from consent to collection. Accepting Terms of Use or opting into marketing does not itself authorize health-data collection or sharing.
You may withdraw consent and ask us to stop collecting or sharing your consumer health data through the request process below. Withdrawal applies going forward. If information is necessary to fulfill a requested service, we will explain how stopping its collection or sharing affects that service. Clinical providers may have separate medical-record obligations.
Your requests and corrections
Contact support@velri.co with the subject “Consumer health data request,” or write to Velri Management LLC, 732 S 6th St Ste N, Las Vegas, NV 89101, USA. Tell us which action you request and the email associated with your account. Do not include medical records, passwords or identity documents in your initial message. We will authenticate your identity using information reasonably necessary for the request before disclosing or changing personal information.
- Ask whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data.
- Request a list of third parties with whom we have shared it.
- Withdraw consent and request that we stop collecting or sharing it.
- Request deletion of your consumer health data.
- Ask to review or correct information we hold. Requests concerning clinical records will be directed to the responsible provider.
For requests covered by Nevada law, we respond without undue delay and within 45 days after authentication. Where reasonably necessary, we may extend that response period once by up to 45 days and explain the extension within the initial period. Applicable deletion requests are handled within 30 days after authentication, including notification to recipients. Limited backup-system deletion may be delayed as Nevada law permits. We provide responses free of charge at least twice each year and for additional requests unless the law permits a reasonable fee for manifestly unfounded, excessive or repetitive requests.
Appeal a privacy decision
If we decline a request, you may appeal through the same contact methods above. Use the subject “Consumer health data appeal” and identify the request or decision. We will provide a written decision and reasons within 45 days after receiving the appeal. If the appeal is denied, we will also provide contact information for the Nevada Attorney General.
Tracking and policy changes
If you separately choose to remember a creator link, Velri uses a first-party creator campaign code and the time of that choice for internal attribution of eligible purchases through our clinical checkout service. The browser cookie expires after seven days; it does not assign a patient or visitor ID. Remembering a creator alone does not share orders or visits with Trybe. We do not send creators patient records or send either party identity or medical details. Separate reporting choices are described below. This optional choice is not required for care or pricing and is not consent to disclose health information for advertising. We respect Global Privacy Control. You can remove the remembered creator link; the privacy request process above applies to records already created.
The separate optional creator-reporting choice creates a random reporting code for seven days. After separate collection and sharing choices, Velri sends that code, random event/session references and your consented creator-page visit time to Trybe, our creator-program provider. Only Velri’s server makes that request; your browser does not connect to Trybe. We do not forward your identity, IP address, device or browser details, visited URLs, referrers, medical information or individual purchase records. The reporting code is pseudonymous, not a guarantee of anonymity. This choice is not consent to share health information for advertising and does not affect care or pricing. Global Privacy Control prevents it. You can remove the reporting choice; the privacy request process above applies to existing records.
A creator link may offer separate choices to allow Velri to connect eligible purchases to that random reporting code and share limited purchase reporting with Trybe for creator commissions. If you affirmatively choose both collection and sharing, that report contains only the random reporting code, random transaction reference, eligible purchase amount, currency and payment time. It excludes products, medications, diagnoses, intake answers, identity, email, IP address and clinical page information. The signed reporting token can pass to our clinical checkout service for private reconciliation. General reporting consent and consent to remember a creator do not authorize this purchase report. Your browser connects only to Velri. Codes remain pseudonymous, and this choice is optional and does not change access to care or pricing. Withdrawal stops future handoffs from this browser; the privacy request process above applies to existing records.
Velri does not load advertising pixels or third-party tracking scripts in your browser and does not authorize third parties to collect consumer health data across websites over time for advertising. Velri keeps anonymous daily page counts on its own systems. They store no IP address, cookie, device identifier or other information that is linked or reasonably linkable to a consumer, so they are not consumer health data, and they are skipped when a browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. Necessary service and security processing still occurs. Separate services you choose to visit provide their own notices.
We post the effective date of updates here. Material changes affecting data already collected will be brought to affected consumers through a conspicuous service notice or direct notification using available contact information. Before collecting or sharing additional categories, using new purposes, or sharing with additional third parties or affiliates beyond this policy where Nevada law requires it, we will disclose the change and obtain affirmative, voluntary consent.
