What if I have a medical question?

Message your provider in your patient portal. Telehealth is not for emergencies: call 911.

How do refills work?

Request a refill in your portal before you run out. Your provider reviews each request and may ask for a follow-up visit first.

What if I'm not prescribed?

You're refunded everything except a $30 provider visit fee, which covers the provider's review.

Do I need insurance?

No. Velri is self-pay, and you see the price before checkout.
