Safety & disclosures
NAD+ given by infusion or injection commonly causes flushing, nausea, headache, and injection-site discomfort, and rapid infusions can cause chest tightness, cramping, or lightheadedness, which is why dosing rate matters. People who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have significant heart, liver, or kidney conditions should review those with the prescribing provider before use. Long-term safety data for repeated NAD+ therapy is limited, so the risks of ongoing use are not fully established. Contact your provider promptly about chest tightness, severe flushing, or persistent nausea during or after a dose.
Compounded medications are not FDA approved. A prescription is required, is not guaranteed, and is determined by an independent, licensed provider based on your consultation. Velri is a non-clinical company; consultations and prescriptions are provided by independent, licensed medical groups, and medications are dispensed by independent, licensed pharmacies. Medication is priced at the pharmacy cost plus one flat Velri fulfillment fee, the same on every product. This page is for general information and is not medical advice.
