Safety & disclosures
The most common side effects of sermorelin are injection-site reactions such as pain, redness, or swelling, along with flushing, headache, and dizziness. Because sermorelin stimulates growth hormone release, it should not be used by anyone with an active cancer or a history of certain tumors, and any such history must be discussed with the prescribing provider before treatment. Growth hormone pathways can also affect blood sugar, so people with diabetes or prediabetes may need closer glucose monitoring while using it. Tell your provider about all medical conditions and medications, including glucocorticoids and thyroid or diabetes medicines, before starting. Seek emergency care for signs of a serious allergic reaction, such as trouble breathing or swelling of the face, lips, or throat, and contact your provider promptly about severe or persistent injection-site reactions.
Compounded medications are not FDA approved. A prescription is required, is not guaranteed, and is determined by an independent, licensed provider based on your consultation. Velri is a non-clinical company; consultations and prescriptions are provided by independent, licensed medical groups, and medications are dispensed by independent, licensed pharmacies. Medication is priced at the pharmacy cost plus one flat Velri fulfillment fee, the same on every product. This page is for general information and is not medical advice.
