> Velri is online care for weight, sexual health, hair and longevity, in 47 states and the District of Columbia. Explore treatment options at https://velri.co/treatments. Each treatment has one subscription price that includes the provider review and shipping; review the product, price and billing interval at checkout before paying. Standalone memberships are no longer offered for new purchases. Existing members use their patient portal for current care and billing. No insurance needed.

Key facts:
- Velri Management LLC is a non-clinical technology and coordination company. It does not practice medicine or pharmacy and employs no providers.
- Independent Provider Groups licensed in the member's state make every prescribing decision: Online Medical Care, P.C.; TMD of Kansas, P.A.; TMD of Texas, P.A.; and TMD of CA, PC. Licensed U.S. pharmacies dispense.
- A prescription is required and is never guaranteed.
- Medication ships only if a provider prescribes it. If it isn't prescribed, you're refunded everything except a $30 provider visit fee.
- Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed pharmacy for one patient, are not FDA approved, and are not interchangeable with a brand-name drug.
